一、引言两接触表面在有相对运动的情况下,必然会产生摩擦和磨损,据统计,在机械零件失效中,约有75%是由磨损而报废的。许多学者从不同角度对磨损进行研究,各有侧重。对于磨损机理的探索正在发展中。目前关于金属材料的磨损,虽然已有大量的试验和经验资料,但还没有一个简单实用的定量计算公式。本文是在一定的试验条件下,探索了干摩擦下磨损的“临界负荷”、金属材料的“抗磨值”和相对“抗磨比”的定量计算等问题。
I. INTRODUCTION In the case of relative motion between two contact surfaces, friction and wear are bound to occur. According to statistics, about 75% of mechanical parts fail to wear out due to wear and tear. Many scholars focus on the study of wear from different angles. Exploration of wear mechanism is under development. Currently on the wear of metal materials, although a large number of experimental and empirical data, but there is no simple and practical quantitative formula. This paper explores the “critical loads” of wear under dry friction, the “wear resistance” of metal materials and the relative quantitative calculation of “wear resistance ratio” under certain experimental conditions.
