分析一种手机底壳塑件的工艺性,并根据该塑件结构特点,进行分型面位置的选择,流道的设计计算,抽芯机构的设计计算,冷却水道的设计计算。并基于UG NX Mold Wizard对塑件进行手工分模,创建模架,设计塑件成型、抽芯及冷却等组件,并完成了模具总体结构设计。指出利用UG NX Mold Wizard中的设计工具结合重要部件的理论计算能高效的完成复杂结构塑件的注塑模具设计。
According to the structural characteristics of the plastic part, the location of the parting surface, the design of the runner, the design of the core pulling mechanism and the design of the cooling water channel are analyzed. Based on the UG NX Mold Wizard, the plastic parts were manually divided, the molds were set up, the parts of the plastic parts were designed, core-drawn and cooled, and the overall structure design of the mold was completed. It points out that the design tool of UG NX Mold Wizard combined with the theoretical calculation of important components can efficiently design the injection mold of complex structural plastic parts.
