基于“企业战略、环境间存在一致性”这一基本理论观点,提出在集中度特征层面同时检验战略同需求的被动一致性关系及战略同供应的主动一致性关系,并通过上市公司相关数据的一般相关分析、分类相关分析,证实了在消费品行业等背景下战略集中度同需求集中度呈强正向被动一致性关系;在高需求集中度等前提下战略集中度同供应集中度呈弱负向主动一致性关系,从而在揭示了战略同环境的双向一致性关系在集中度层面客观存在的同时,也表明了两种一致性关系在形式和内涵上存在本质差异。
Based on the basic theory of “firm strategy and environment consistency”, this paper proposes to test the passive consistency relationship between strategy and demand and the active and coherent relationship between strategy and supply at the same time on the level of concentration characteristics. At the same time, The data of general correlation analysis and classification correlation analysis confirmed the strong positive passive consistency of strategic concentration and demand concentration in the background of consumer goods industry. Under the condition of high demand concentration, the strategic concentration and supply concentration were Weak and negative active coherence relationship, thus revealing that the two-way coherence relationship between the strategy and the environment objectively exists at the concentration level, and at the same time shows that there is an essential difference in form and intension between the two coherence relations.
