在光化学引起的ＭＣＡ血栓形成模型上，我们观察了蚓纤溶酶的溶栓效应。结果表明治疗组阻塞的ＭＣＡ再通，缺血侧ｒＣＢＦ明显增加。这提示蚓纤溶酶在活体中有确切的溶栓作用。
We observed the thrombolytic effect of fibrinolytic enzyme on the photochemically induced MCA thrombosis model. The results showed that the treatment group obstructive MCA recanalization, ischemic rCBF increased significantly. This suggests that fibrinolytic enzyme has an exact thrombolytic effect in the living body.
