在钢铁企业里机械设备类型繁杂,其中多为大型机械设备,所处环境条件恶劣,受力情况复杂。某些重要部件一旦发生断裂,如转炉耳轴、轧机主轴接手等若发生断裂事故,将造成人身伤亡和停工停产,后果不堪设想。如能对某些重要机械部件在安装前及在大、中修时进行无损探伤,详尽了解其质量情况,及时发现问题并采取应急措施(更换、修复、加工订制备件等),其意义是重大的。 探伤方法的选择 要求探伤的机械部件多为成品,其外形、结构复杂,给探伤带来很大困难。往往采用单一探伤方法难以对其质量作出正确评价。根据我们的经验,采用综合探伤方法是行之有效的。目前那种只重视超声波探伤,致使无损探伤技术畸形发展的趋势应予纠正。
