外泌体是内吞起源的细胞外纳米膜状囊泡,体液中循环的外泌体可以通过携带多种功能分子如lncRNA、miRNA、蛋白质等与受体细胞相互作用,介导细胞间通讯,从而影响肿瘤的发生发展。外泌体中检测到的lncRNA称为外泌体源性lncRNA。研究发现外泌体可通过向组织细胞转移肿瘤相关lncRNA,影响肿瘤的生物学进程,在肿瘤增殖、转移、侵袭、肿瘤耐药、肿瘤免疫调节及新生血管形成中发挥重要作用。此外,外泌体lncRNA还被证实可能是用于肿瘤预后和诊断的生物标志物或临床治疗靶标。本文就外泌体lncRNA在常见肿瘤肺癌、乳腺癌、肝细胞癌、结直肠癌及其他肿瘤中的研究进行综述。“,”Exosomes are extracellular nano-membrane vesicles originated from endocytosis. Exo-somes circulating in the body fluid can mediate inter-cell communication by carrying various functional mo-lecules such as lncRNA, miRNA and protein to interact with the receptor cells, thus affecting the develop-ment of tumors. LncRNAs detected in exosomes are called exosome-derived lncRNAs. Studies have found that exosomes can affect the biological process of tumors by transferring tumor-related lncRNAs to tissue cells, and play an important role in tumor proliferation, invasion, drug resistance, tumor immune regulation and neovascularization. In addition, exosomal lncRNAs have been identified as potential biomarkers or clinical therapeutic targets for tumor prognosis and diagnosis. This paper reviews the studies on exosomal lncRNA in lung cancer, breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer.
