目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将90例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予卡介苗和葡萄糖酸锌口服液,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服黄芪防风汤,并随症加减。2组均连续治疗2月并随访1年后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.89%,对照组为68.89%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异均有统计意义（P〈0.05）;2组治疗前血清免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群经统计学分析,差异无统计意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后2组免疫指标较治疗前均显著升高,组间比较差异有统计意
