中国烟草总公司云南省公司。经云南省人民政府批准,于1982年4月成立,省烟草专卖局和烟草公司机构为两块牌子、一套班子,它既是省政府主管烟草工作的职能部门、又是中国烟草总公司的直属企业。现任省烟草专卖局局长李维林同志为公司法人代表。省烟草公司下属16个地州市公司、93个县公司、10个卷烟厂、16个直属单位、21个机关处室,全系统共有员工4万多人。16个地州市公司中有昆明、玉溪、曲靖、昭通、红河、楚雄、大理7家实行了专卖局、公司和卷烟厂“三台一”体制。1995年9月19日组建了云南红塔集团和 China National Tobacco Corporation of Yunnan Province.
