从根用甜菜中筛选8份功能色素含量高的红根甜菜材料进行比较试验。结果表明,参试甜菜材料间差异较大,特色明显。T8的根球为长柱形,根球高23.4 cm,根球直径为6.2 cm,球形指数为3.82,单球重506 g,产量为60.720 t·hm~(-2)。T4为高球形,根球高达12.7 cm,根球直径为10.4 cm,球形指数为1.22,单球重838 g,产量达100.560 t·hm~(-2)。综合根球产量和品种特色,红根甜菜T4与T8在南方大棚栽培时表现较好。
From the root beet, we selected 8 red beet root materials with high functional pigment content for comparative experiments. The results showed that there were significant differences among the tested beet materials with obvious features. The root ball of T8 was long cylindrical, the height of root ball was 23.4 cm, the diameter of root ball was 6.2 cm, the sphere index was 3.82, the weight of single ball was 506 g, and the yield was 60.720 t · hm -2. T4 is highly spherical, the root ball is as high as 12.7 cm, the diameter of root ball is 10.4 cm, the spherical index is 1.22, the weight of single ball is 838 g, and the yield is 100.560 t · hm -2. Comprehensive root bulb yield and variety characteristics, red root beet T4 and T8 in the southern greenhouse performance is better.
