With the rise of modern industrial and commercial towns and cities, the clubhouse also flourished. The Guild Hall is a feudal group of fellow citizens or peers in the urban areas of China during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Originally set in the early Ming Dynasty, the earliest known hall to date is the Wuhu Hall in Beijing built in Yongle. Jiajing, Wanli period tends to flourish, the middle of the Qing Dynasty. Even in the late Qing Dynasty, the industrial guilds that broke through geographical boundaries were still quite isolated. At this time there are some super-regional industry organizations, most of them appear to the guild. The emergence of a large number of chambers of commerce and industry in the Ming and Qing dynasties played a certain role in protecting the interests of industrial and commercial people under certain conditions. However, the combination of the convention hall and the local ideas and the feudal forces also hindered the expansion of commodity exchange and the development of society and economy.
