为了选择适用于输出冲量在0.2~0.6N·s之间、作用时间小于2ms的脉冲推冲器的药剂,利用推冲器模型进行试验,比较了HYX-3(黑火药)、DZ(单基发射药),KR(苦味酸钾/黑索今)和NA(高氯酸射铝)的推冲性能;通过试验确定了点火药TK(Ti/KClO4)对脉冲推冲器输出性能的影响。结果表明:ICR和NA药剂性能较优,随着TK药量的增大,脉冲推冲器输出增大,作用时间减少。
In order to choose the pulse thruster which is suitable for the output impulse of 0.2 ~ 0.6N · s and the action time is less than 2ms, the model of the thruster was used to test the chemical composition of HYX-3 (black powder), DZ Propellant), KR (potassium picrithioate), and NA (aluminum perchlorate). The influence of ignition agent TK (Ti / KClO4) on the output performance of pulse pusher was determined through experiments. The results showed that the performance of ICR and NA was better. With the increase of TK dosage, the output of pulse pusher increased and the action time decreased.
