对 4个自交系及由此组配的 6个正、反交组合授粉后 2 0d ,30d ,40d ,5 0d的种子萌发特性的研究结果表明 ,授粉后 30d收获的种子已具备成熟种子的发芽能力 ,虽然粒重较低 ,但胚乳中的贮藏物质完全可以满足常规发芽试验规定的 7d时间内对营养物质的需求 ;在供试材料中 ,除S2 2 (D)× 478外 ,其余杂交种的种子萌发特性均优于自交系 ,478优于S2 2 (Y)、S2 2(M)和S2 2 (D) ,以 478作母本的组合优于其相应的反交组合 ;杂种F1与母本自交系 9个种子萌发特性相关显著或极显著 ,而与父本自交系的相关均不显著 .在玉米自交系选育过程中应同时注重种子萌发特性的选择 ,在杂交制种时应以种子萌发特性优良的亲本作母本
