为防止侵蚀性介质对基体金属的侵蚀,常采用涂装附蚀涂料、衬胶、喷塑、衬贴玻璃钢等方法进行防护。这些防护层都是非导电性的高分子物质,主要依靠它们的隔离作用而使基体金属免受介质的侵蚀。但在施工中,难免会产生一些针孔、裂纹、损伤、局部厚度不足等缺陷,严重影响防护效果。因此必须在施工中及时发现,加以修补。对于这些非导电性防护层缺陷的检测,较为方便而常用的是电火花检验法。
In order to prevent erosion of the matrix metal by aggressive media, paint, coating rubber, rubber lining, glass fiber reinforced plastic and other methods are often used for protection. However, in the construction, it will inevitably produce some pinholes, cracks, damage, lack of local thickness and other defects, seriously affecting the protective effect. Therefore, we must promptly find and repair the construction. For the detection of these non-conductive protective layer defects, more convenient and commonly used is the spark test.
