在学前教育中,师资队伍有着极为重要的作用。现如今,随着教育事业的不断发展,学前教学师资队伍也得到了迅猛的发展,却依然存在一定的不足,这就影响了学前教育的快速发展。针对这一现象,教育部门必须加强师资队伍建设,促进学前教育的发展。基于此,针对学前教育师资队伍的现状进行了简要阐述,并提出几点建设途径。 In pre-school education, teachers have a very important role.
