杂散电流对供电系统周边的环境和基础设施的危害很大,多采用“以防为主,以排为辅,防排结合,加强监测”的原则。结合现场施工经验,介绍了杂散电流检测设备的安装和测试方法,包括参比电极、接线盒、电位测量箱等的安装。该施工方法工艺流程合理,安装精度高,可一次安装到位;解决了上海地区隧道内管片上和地下车站连续墙安装参比电极时容易产生流沙和渗水、高架桥安装的参比电极容易少水而干死等难题;施工作业面大,可合理安排人员、工机具的使用,提高工程效率,保证施工安全。

Combined with the construction experience in the field, the installation and testing methods of stray current testing equipment are introduced, including the installation of reference electrode, junction box and potential measuring box. The construction method has the advantages of reasonable process flow and high installation precision, and can be installed in place once. The utility model solves the problems of quicksand and seepage when the reference electrodes are installed on the continuous walls of the tunnels in the tunnels in Shanghai area and the underground stations, Dry and other difficult problems; large construction work area, personnel and machinery can be reasonably arranged to improve the efficiency of the project to ensure construction safety.
