主要针对泵与风机等电厂辅机的节能问题,分析一种新型分功率无级调速系统。该系统基于功率分配思想,利用差动轮系进行运动合成,实现无级调速。对系统的运动关系进行了分析和仿真,分析了系统的转矩关系和功率流向。该系统可扩大调速元件的调速范围,降低调速元件所需要的功率。两路功率分流时利用了调速元件的高速段,但恒速电机处于发电状态。两路功率汇流时利用了调速元件的低速段,同时可减小调速元件所需功率。
Mainly for the pump and fan power plant auxiliary energy-saving issues, analysis of a new sub-power stepless speed regulation system. Based on the idea of power distribution, the system uses the differential gear train to make motion synthesis and realize the stepless speed regulation. The kinematics of the system is analyzed and simulated, and the torque relationship and power flow of the system are analyzed. The system can speed up the governor components to expand the scope of speed components to reduce the power required. Two-way power splitter utilizes the high-speed section of the speed governing element, but the constant speed motor is in a state of power generation. When the two-way power converge, the low speed section of the speed regulation component is utilized, and the required power of the speed regulation component can be reduced at the same time.
