手足口病是由疱疹病毒感染引起的一种急性、流行性、传染性皮肤病。其临床表现是以手、足、口腔黏膜发生斑丘疹或水疱疹,周围绕有红晕,疼痛为特征。该病以5岁以下小儿多发,暴发流行时成人也可发病。全年散发,但以夏秋季节发病率最高,严重危害小儿的身心健康。我院门诊自2010年4月～2011年4月以阿昔洛韦为主治疗小儿手足口病患儿50例,疗效满意,现报告如下:
