Luckily, I read “One Person’s Mark” by Professor Zhu Jingjiang (see “Teacher of Friends of Grade Teacher” 2014 Vol. 9). My feeling is: Teacher ZHU opened a lamp for me. In “One Person’s Mark”, Teacher Zhu described how many children in his class were being scolded and how they handled the incident. In this incident, after learning of the class “Gang of Four ”, Zhu did not hesitate to deal with it. Instead of being angry, he listened attentively to the children’s story. Listen to the children about the same, he gave the children to provide practical solutions to the problem, let them choose. Of course, the children’s choice did not disappoint Zhu.
