经济新常态下,星级酒店在快捷酒店强势进入市场竞争的环境下业绩呈现下滑状态。在此背景下,星级酒店亟待对经营管理模式进行创新,改变经营理念,而酒店成本的管理与控制对星级酒店的发展则显得尤为重要,本文主要从增强酒店员工成本意识,降低物资成本,提高人力资源成本管理等方面阐述星级酒店在经济新常态下的成本把控问题,提高酒店竞争力,促进酒店可持续发展。
