急性脑血管病并发肾功能损害并非少见,并且是急性脑血管病死亡原因之一。我院在近8年里收治的215例急性脑血管病中并发肾功能损害55例。现就肾功能损害与年龄、基础疾病、诱因等之间关系进行分析,以便早期防治,降低病死率。 1 临床资料 本组经CT扫描确诊的215例急性脑血管病,病前均无肾功能不全病史,其中脑出血112例,脑梗塞93例。均在入院24小时内测定肾功能,以后每 Acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with renal damage is not uncommon, and is one of the causes of death of acute cerebrovascular disease.
