目的建立实验室操作规范(GLP)体系下比格(Beagle)犬临床病理学指标的正常参考值范围。方法检测117只比格犬的16项血清生化指标、17项血液学指标及3项凝血指标,计算并比较各项平均值及正常参考值范围。结果血清生化指标仅有碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)一项雌雄性别差异显著(P<0.01),且雄性高于雌性;血液学指标中红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HGB)、红细胞压积(hematocrit,HCT)3项雌雄性别差异显著(P<0.01),均为雄性低于雌性;凝血指标无雌雄性别差异。结论比格犬仅有个别临床病理指标存在雌雄性别差异,因此在毒性实验中,可考虑将雌雄动物检测结果合并进行统计分析。该研究建立了GLP体系下比格犬的临床病理学指标正常参考值,为毒理学研究提供了参考数据。
Objective To establish the normal reference value of the clinicopathological parameters of Beagle dogs in the Laboratory Practice (GLP) system. Methods Sixteen serum biochemical indexes, 17 hematological indexes and 3 coagulation indexes were detected in 117 Beagle dogs. The average value and the range of normal reference value were calculated and compared. Results Serum biochemical indexes were only significantly different between male and female (P <0.01), and were higher in males than in female ones. The hematological indexes included red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin , HGB) and hematocrit (HCT). There were no significant differences in sex and gender between the male and the female. Conclusions Beagle dogs have only a few clinical and pathological indicators of male and female sex differences, so toxicity test, consider the results of males and females were combined for statistical analysis. This study established the normal reference value of clinicopathological parameters of beagle dogs under the GLP system and provided reference data for toxicology research.
