本研究在社会认知职业理论的框架下,对上海和浙江的1180名高中生进行了为期两年的追踪研究,旨在分析人格、职业决策自我效能对职业认同的预测作用,并探讨职业决策自我效能在人格和职业认同间的中介作用。被试需完成跨文化(中国人)个性测量表(青少年版)、职业决策自我效能量表和职业认同量表。结果表明,在高一阶段和高二阶段,人格和职业决策自我效能均对高中生的职业认同具有显著的预测作用。在高一阶段,上海男生和女生的职业决策自我效能在人格(容纳性)和职业认同之间起部分中介作用。高二阶段未发现职业决策自我效能在人格和职业认同之间起中介作用。
Under the framework of social cognition and occupation theory, this study conducted a two-year follow-up study of 1180 high school students in Shanghai and Zhejiang to analyze the role of personality and career decision-making self-efficacy in predicting career identity and to explore career decision-making Self - efficacy in personality and professional identity between the intermediary role. Subjects need to complete cross-cultural (Chinese) personality test (Junior Edition), career decision-making self-efficacy scale and occupation identity scale. The results show that personality and career decision-making self-efficacy both have a significant predictive effect on the vocational recognition of high school students in the first and second phases. In the first phase, the self-efficacy of career decision-making among boys and girls in Shanghai played a part-mediated role in personality (accommodation) and professional identity. The second phase did not find the self-efficacy of career decision-making in mediation between personality and professional identity.
