应用SKR-80型砂磨机,对多种催化裂化催化剂物料进行了砂磨试验,找出了沸石结晶度、粒度等物料性质在砂磨过程中的变化规律。并着重考察了待磨催化剂的耐磨强度、流量等对磨后粒径的影响,获得了一些微球物料的砂磨曲线。从而为工业生产采用砂磨机提供了一定的试验依据。
Using SKR-80 sand mill, a variety of catalytic cracking catalyst material sanding test to find the zeolite crystallinity, particle size and other material properties in the process of sanding change. The effect of the wear resistance and flow rate of the catalyst to be ground on the particle size after grinding was also investigated. The sanding curves of some microsphere materials were obtained. Thus for the industrial production of sand mill provides a basis for testing.
