目的采用国际通用的SAS统计分析平台编制计算机程序,实现复配杀虫剂最佳增效配方的快速筛选。方法以朱砂叶螨为试虫,对A、B2种药剂按一定比例复配后进行毒力测定及计算机程序演算,拟合质量分数反正弦变换值——共毒系数(CTC)的多项式数学模型,对模型曲线求导,计算最大CTC及最佳复配比例。结果多项式数学模型有统计学意义(F=20.76,P<0.05),总决定系数(R2)=0.9540;模型方程:CTC=-2.021499X2+222.543940X-5951.467969;曲线求导,计算得最佳极值X=55.04,对应的最大CTC=173.42,最佳复配比例为2:1。结论建立的快速筛选方法及编制的程序计算结果经双重验证,证明准确、可靠,且简便、快捷。
Objective To prepare a computer program using the internationally accepted SAS statistical analysis platform to achieve rapid screening of the best synergistic formulations of complex insecticides. Methods Tetranychus cinnabarinus was used as test insects, and the toxicity of A and B2 agents was determined by computer program after the compounds were mixed in a certain proportion. The polynomial mathematical model of cosine transform coefficient-co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) , Derivative of the model curve, calculate the maximum CTC and the best compound ratio. Results Polynomial mathematical model was statistically significant (F = 20.76, P <0.05), the total determination coefficient (R2) = 0.9540; model equation: CTC = -2.021499X2 + 222.543940X-5951.467969; The value of X = 55.04, corresponding to the maximum CTC = 173.42, the best compound ratio of 2: 1. Conclusion The established rapid screening method and the compilation of the results of the program are verified by double verification, which is accurate, reliable and simple and quick.
