逆向混水是二次泵系统中的常见问题,逆向混水会导致二次侧供水温度上升、末端制冷能力下降、水泵能耗大幅增加等。用仿真软件再现了逆向混水的形成和发展过程,在此基础上探讨了逆向混水产生的条件,以及冷水泵控制和末端调节对逆向混水的影响。指出制冷量不足是逆向混水问题产生的根本原因,并给出解决方案。
Reverse mixed water is a common problem in the secondary pump system, reverse mixing water will lead to the secondary side of the water temperature rise, the end of the cooling capacity decreased, the pump energy consumption increased significantly. The formation and development of reverse mixed water was simulated by simulation software. The conditions of reverse mixed water generation and the influence of cold water pump control and end adjustment on reverse mixed water were discussed. Pointed out that the lack of cooling capacity is the root cause of the problem of reverse mixing, and gives solutions.
