目的对某机械五金有限公司存在的职业病危害因素及采取的防护措施进行识别、评价和分析,旨在有效控制该企业的职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价报告编制要求》等标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查法进行定性定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为正己烷、丙酮、二氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、甲苯、镍、锰及其金属化合物、三氧化铬、二氧化氮、臭氧、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲醛、噪声、粉尘等。化学毒物共检测24个点,除油雾无国标外,其余点均合格;噪声强度测定7个点,合格率为71.43%;粉尘检测5个点,合格率为80%。结论该项目属于较重职业病危害的项目,按提出的建议完成整改后,在确保职业病危害防护设施正常运行、个人防护措施和职业卫生管理制度落实到位的情况下,职业病危害控制效果基本合格。
Objective To identify, evaluate and analyze the occupational hazards and the protective measures adopted by a Machinery & Hardware Co., Ltd. The purpose is to effectively control the occupational hazards of this enterprise and protect the health of laborers. Methods According to the “Construction Project Occupational Hazards Control Evaluation Report Compilation Requirements” and other standards, the use of occupational health field surveys, occupational health tests, occupational health examination for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The hazard factors of occupational diseases in this project were n-hexane, acetone, methylene chloride, trichlorethylene, tetrachlorethylene, toluene, nickel, manganese and their metal compounds, chromium trioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide , Formaldehyde, noise, dust and so on. A total of 24 points of chemical toxins were detected, with the exception of the oil mist without the national standard. All the other points were qualified. The noise intensity was measured at 7 points with a passing rate of 71.43%. The dust detection rate was 5 at a pass rate of 80%. Conclusion This project belongs to the project of serious occupational hazards. After completing the rectification according to the suggestions put forward, the effect of occupational disease control is basically qualified under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of occupational hazard protection facilities, personal protective measures and occupational health management system in place.
