本文采用大型有限元分析软件,对某型飞机主起落架舱开口后撑板进行有限元建模;计算了该后撑板结构在着陆工况的最大应力、应变;对隔板基本厚度及肋条分布等各种参数进行了校核优化。设计后撑板尺寸及筋条布置情况,同时需考虑结构选材与系统协调、重量、制造等工艺及成本,合理的后撑板设计,可大大提高该处载荷的有效传递,分析结果表明后撑板的设计满足强度和刚度要求,为结构设计提供了参考依据。
In this paper, a large finite element analysis software was used to model the opening of the main landing gear box of a certain aircraft after finite element modeling. The maximum stress and strain of the backstop structure in landing condition were calculated. Distribution and other parameters were checked and optimized. After the design of support plate size and rib layout, taking into account the structural selection and system coordination, weight, manufacturing and other processes and costs, a reasonable backsplank design, which can greatly enhance the effective transmission load here, the results show that after the support The design of the plate meets the strength and stiffness requirements and provides a reference for structural design.
