重瓣榆叶梅 Prunus trioba var.plena属蔷薇科,是榆叶梅的变种。在我国各城市普遍栽培,是一种具有较高观赏价值的木本花卉。初春开花,先花后叶,花密集,深红色,十分美丽,是有日本樱花之美名,花期较单瓣榆叶梅长一倍左右。适应性强,抗污染,易成活。但重瓣榆叶梅扦插繁殖十分困难,种子繁殖易产生遗传变异。为解决重瓣榆叶梅繁殖难和保持品种的优良特性,我们采用组织培养法进行无性繁殖,已成功地摸索出有效的繁殖方法,并已获得大量花卉苗木。 Prunus trioba var.plena belongs to Rosaceae, which is a variant of Prunus triloba. Commonly cultivated in our cities, is a woody flower with a high ornamental value. Early spring flowers, the first flowers after the leaves, flowers intensive, dark red, very beautiful, is the reputation of Japanese cherry, flowering than single-leaf Elm plum twice as long. Adaptable, anti-pollution, easy to survive. However, it is very difficult for Prunus triloba cuttings to propagate, and genetic breeding is easy to produce. In order to solve the difficult problem of Prunus triloba and to maintain its excellent characteristics, we adopted tissue culture method for asexual reproduction and successfully explored effective propagation methods and obtained large numbers of flower seedlings.
