以中国 2个汉族群体和 8个少数民族群体的 52 0名个体为研究对象 ,采用 PCR扩增后聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离的方法 ,分析了 Y染色体上 DXYS1 56Y和 X染色体上 DXYS1 56X这两个微卫星位点的遗传多态性。结果表明 :在所研究的 1 0个中国人群中 ,共观察到 1 0个不同长度片段的等位基因 ,在 X染色体上的 5个等位基因是 :1 30 bp、 1 35bp、 1 4 0 bp、 1 4 5bp、 1 50 bp,在 Y染色体上的五个等位基因是 :1 60 bp、 1 65bp、 1 70 bp、 1 75bp、 1 80 bp。 DXYS1 56Y位点的多态信息量较多 ,以 1 65bp为 Y染色体上的主要等位基因 ,频率范围在 0 .2 3— 0 .77;等位基因1 60 bp、 1 70 bp和 1 75bp次之 ,频率范围分别为 0 .0 2— 0 .36、 0 .0 1— 0 .50和 0 .0 3— 0 .31 ;而等位基因 1 80 bp频率较低 ,频率范围为 0 .0 2— 0 .0 5。 DXYS1 56X位点的多态信息量较少 ,以等位基因 1 4 0 bp为各个群体中最普遍的类型 ,频率范围为 0 .86— 0 .98,其余类型均较低。DXYS1 56X的基因频率及中国人群中 DXYS1 56Y的基因频率至今在文献中尚未见报道
In this study, 52 0 Chinese individuals from 2 Han and 8 minority groups in China were enrolled in this study. After PCR amplification, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze DXYS1 56Y on chromosome Y and DXYS1 56X on chromosome X Genetic Polymorphism of Two Microsatellite Loci. The results showed that among the 10 Chinese population studied, altogether 10 alleles of different length fragments were observed. The five alleles on the X chromosome were 130 bp, 135 bp, 140 bp, 14 bp and 1 50 bp. The five alleles on the Y chromosome are: 160 bp, 1 65 bp, 1 70 bp, 1 75 bp and 180 bp. The polymorphism information of DXYS1 56Y locus was more abundant, with the major allele at Y165bp as Y chromosome with frequency range of 0.2-3.0.77, alleles of 1 60 bp, 1 70 bp and 1 75 bp Followed by the frequency range of 0 .0 2- 0.36, 0 .0 .50 and 0 .0 3- 0 .31; and allele 180 bp frequency is lower, the frequency range of 0. 0 2- 0 .0 5. The polymorphism information of DXYS1 56X locus was less, with the allele 140 bp as the most common type in each population, the frequency range was 0.86-0.98, and the other types were lower. The gene frequency of DXYS1 56X and the gene frequency of DXYS1 56Y in Chinese population so far have not been reported in the literature
