本文对影响合成VPI-5分子筛诸因素,包括铝源、反应混合物组成、成胶条件、晶化条件以及反应体系外加不同的不纯物的影响,逐个地进行了考察。与合成的一般AlPO_1分子筛比较,发现用拟薄水铝石为铝源,延长和磷酸反应时间,加胺后搅拌(10min)混合均匀,在较低温度(~130℃)和较短时间(3~15h)晶化得到纯VPI-5分子筛,并首次用二正丁胺作为合成VPI-5分子筛的结构导向剂。
In this paper, the effects of various factors on the synthesis of VPI-5 zeolite, including the composition of aluminum source, reaction mixture, gelation conditions, crystallization conditions and different impurities in the reaction system, were investigated one by one. Compared with the synthesized general AlPO_1 molecular sieve, it was found that the pseudo-boehmite was used as the aluminum source to prolong the reaction time with phosphoric acid. After adding amine, the mixture was stirred for 10min and then mixed at lower temperature (~ 130 ℃) and shorter time (3 ~ 15h) crystallized to obtain pure VPI-5 molecular sieve, and for the first time with di-n-butylamine as VPI-5 molecular sieve structure-oriented agent.
