我所经反复实践,探索出一种收集逆行射精精子的简便有效的新方法,介绍如下: 1.取一无菌10ml的尖底离心管,底部加入90％Percoll液2ml,再慢慢加入45％Percoll液2ml形成界面。另取一尖底离心管加入3ml 10％血清Earle’s培养液,将上述试剂放入37℃恒温箱内预温备用。 2.让患者取精液前尽量少饮水,连续两次排空尿液后立即射精并排尿于无菌标本杯里。 After repeated practice, I explored a simple and effective new method for collecting retrograde ejaculation sperm.
