目的:探讨胆汁酸(CDCA)及其受体FXR对肠道缺血再灌注(I/R)的保护作用及其机制。方法:采用小鼠肠系膜上动脉缺血再灌注模型,用病理和测定二胺氧化酶(DAO)方法评估肠道损伤。结果:与假手术组比,小鼠肠道I/R后出现坏死,DAO升高,而胆汁酸组(I/R前喂食0.5%CDCA 7 d)坏死长度明减少,血DAO明显降低(P<0.05)。病理显示野生型和FXR-/-
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of bile acid (CDCA) and its receptor FXR on intestinal ischemia / reperfusion (I / R) and its mechanism. Methods: The mouse model of superior mesenteric artery ischemia-reperfusion was used to assess the intestinal damage by pathology and determination of diamine oxidase (DAO).
