为了验证谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)和钥孔(虫戚)血蓝蛋白(KLH,即GP38)两种抗原抗血吸虫能力,进行了以下试验:出生1—2年的小牛10头在0,2,4周分别肌注预防接种0.195mg,0.195mg,1.0mg GST,第一次加等量福氏完全佐剂(FCA)乳化,后两次为福氏不完全佐剂。一周后,连同9头未预防接种对照牛每头均经皮肤攻击感染15000条牛血吸虫(Sb)尾蚴。另一组,GST为0.24mg,0.24mg,0.96mg,佐剂均为FCA,方法同上;第3组,GST均为0.24mg,佐剂
In order to validate the ability of both GST and KLH (GPHK) antigens against schistosomiasis, the following tests were performed: 10 calves born 1-2 years old At 0, 2, and 4 weeks, intramuscular inoculation of 0.195mg, 0.195mg and 1.0mg GST were intramuscularly injected respectively. The first addition of Freund’s complete adjuvant (FCA) followed by Freund’s incomplete adjuvant. One week later, along with 9 unvaccinated control cattle, 15,000 human cercariae of Schistosoma blasti (Sb) were percutaneously challenged per head.
