利用有限元法对塔式起重机塔头进行了可靠性分析,克服了用传统方法分析所带来的不足。研究开发了以成本最低为目标,在结构优化设计中考虑可靠度约束的可靠性优化设计方法,省去了常规的应力约束。数值结果表明,这种方法使工程设计达到结构合理、安全又经济。
The finite element method was used to analyze the reliability of the tower crane tower head and overcome the shortcomings brought by the traditional method. Research and development of the lowest cost as the goal, in the structural optimization design to consider the reliability of the reliability of the optimal design method, eliminating the conventional stress constraints. The numerical results show that this method can make the engineering design reasonable, safe and economical.
