从9月14日开始,海南在全省范围内将食盐的包装由复合膜包装更换为纸塑包装,与此同时,每500克一袋的食盐零售价格从1元上调到1．5元,上涨50%。对此,当地群众反应强烈,市场上甚至出现了商家不愿意购进新包装食盐,而老包装食盐又售罄,零售商店无食盐可卖的情况。
