目的建立处方残余药量审核系统,配合医生监控处方药用量,对门诊处方整包装药品残余药量进行信息化管理。方法资料来源于天津市第三中心医院门诊联网医生工作站。采集门诊糖尿病专科医生在2012年7月286例患者服务医保联网数据,其中男性189例,女性97例;平均年龄52岁。分析糖尿病治疗药物残余药量发生的规律,设计处方残余药量审核系统。采集某个医生2012年7月~8月对231例糖尿病门诊特殊病患者开药信息化控制残余药节省统计。结果 1例患者2个月购买30R芯精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素、伏格列波糖片和甲钴胺片4次,共计购买了12盒,残余3.6盒,费用多花240.84元。排除整包装不拆分的情况,患者多购买了3盒药,费用为200.7元。286例患者残余药金额高达6万余元。使用该系统后门诊糖尿病专科医生2012年7月~8月治疗231例患者,在保证患者治疗前提下,共少开了3万余元糖尿病药品;糖尿病门诊特殊病患者使用该系统后,大大降低了门诊患者的购药数量。结论处方残余药审核系统的运行,降低了门诊医生的药品比例,使医院合理用药更趋于科学、完善,大大减少了医院医疗资源的浪费,同时节省了患者治病费用。
Objective To establish a system for reviewing the residual dose of prescription drugs and to cooperate with the doctors in monitoring the amount of prescription drugs to conduct information management on the residual dose of the entire packaged medicines in outpatients.
