共青团干部要立足于严。团干部的作风,直接影响到共青团能否成为党的合格助手和后备军,直接影响到团组织与广大普通青年的关系,直接影响到共青团的生存基础。团的干部必须坚定理想信念,应该最富有理想、富有理想主义,团干部要在广大青年中树立威信、形成号召力,首先要高扬理想旗帜。
Communist Youth League cadres should be based on strict. The style of CYL cadres directly affects whether the CYL can become qualified assistant and reserve force of the party and directly affects the CYL’s relations with the vast majority of ordinary young people and directly affects the foundation of the CYL’s survival.
