目的利用种植型牵张器增高兔下颌牙槽嵴,观察牵张成骨过程中金葡液的作用,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 40只兔建模后随机分为实验组和对照组2组,每组20只。术后第8天开始,实验组局部注射金葡液,对照组不加药。术后不同时间分别行大体观察、X线观察、组织学观察、免疫组化观察和灰度值测定并进行统计学分析,测定血清钙、磷及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量。结果实验组术后不同时间的骨代谢活性、新骨生成和血清钙、磷及ALP含量均高于对照组。牵张后1d、1周、2周、四周,实验组和对照组免疫组化染色平均灰度值间差异有统计学意义。结论在兔下颌骨牵张成骨时,局部注射金葡液可以达到良好的骨再生,加速牵张过程中新骨生成,从而缩短骨愈合时间。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of GST on the process of distraction osteogenesis by implanting distractors to increase the alveolar crest of rabbits mandible and explore its possible mechanism. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n = 20). On the 8th day after operation, the experimental group was injected with Jin-Jin liquid and the control group without drug. Gross observation, X-ray observation, histological observation, immunohistochemical observation and gray value determination were performed at different times after operation. Statistical analysis was performed to determine serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels. Results The bone metabolic activity, the formation of new bone and the contents of serum calcium, phosphorus and ALP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at different time points. The average gray value of immunohistochemical staining of experimental group and control group was statistically significant at 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after stretch. Conclusions When distraction osteogenesis is performed in mandibular mandibulas of rabbits, local injection of APF can achieve good bone regeneration and accelerate new bone formation during distraction, which can shorten the healing time.
