以肘杆压力机为例,通过在连杆式机械结构基础上引入肘杆式机构代替连杆,增强载荷放大能力,加大空行程回程时滑块的运行速度,结合伺服驱动技术以较大幅度提高伺服压力机的控制性能.研究了肘杆式机构的动力学及运动学特性,提出了三角肘杆机构滑块的几种典型运动模式下对应的控制策略,通过引入伺服压力机负载模拟系统对控制策略进行辅助验证,证明了控制策略的可靠性和有效性.
