环孢素A(CsA)血浓度谷值 (C0 )监测法是目前国内最常用的方法。多年的临床实践表明 ,谷值尚不能准确地反映患者个体间的变异性 ,不是临床疗效准确的预测指标。本研究对早期肾移植受者同时监测CsA血C0 、服药后 2h血浓度 (C2 ) ,以探讨CsA血C2 监测法的临床意义?
Cyclosporine A (CsA) blood concentration valley (C0) monitoring method is currently the most commonly used method. Years of clinical practice show that the valley is not yet accurately reflect the variability of individual patients is not an accurate prediction of clinical efficacy. In this study, CsA blood C0 was monitored simultaneously in recipients of early renal transplantation, and the blood concentration (C2) at 2h after administration was used to investigate the clinical significance of CsA blood C2 monitoring.
