一般资料一、病例选择:局部脓肿、溃疡或窦道形成,肝肾功能正常,病理切片证实为淋巴结结核的患者。二、分组:(1)中西两组:男性6例,女性34例;平均年龄33.2岁;病程<6个月24例,6~+个月～1年18例,1~+～2年5例,2~+年3例;病灶共59个,在颈部者48例,病灶57个,腹股沟者2例,病灶2个;其中脓肿型28例,共34个,平均3.6×2.8cm,溃疡型12例,共14个,平均2.3×1.9cm。窦道形成10例,共11个,平均4.2cm深。(2)西药组:男性18例,女性32例;平均年龄30.4岁;病程<6个月19例,6~+个月～1年15例,1~+～2年12例,2~+年4例,病灶共62个,在颈部者47例,共58个,
