本文在EDAX9100/60能谱仪上,测定了从原子序数13(Al)至83(Bi)间,25种纯元素同一线系中的p/(α+β)强度比,以及不同线系的Lα/Ka和Lα/Ma强度比;分析了加速电压,窗口能量宽度及束流等测试参数对上述强度比的影响。所得结果表明,在一定条件下,元素的原子序数及电子加速电压对同一线系中β/(α+β)强度比的影响不大,但却引起不同线系强度比Lα/Ka及Lα/Ma的显著改变。文中测试的数据及所得规律对合金样品能谱分析中的定量修正计算有参考价值。
In this paper, the intensity ratio of p / (α + β) in 25 pure elements of the same line from 13 (Al) to 83 (Bi) Lα / Ka and Lα / Ma intensity ratios; the influence of the test parameters such as acceleration voltage, window energy width and beam current on the intensity ratio was analyzed. The results show that under certain conditions, the atomic number of the element and the electron accelerating voltage have little effect on the strength ratio of β / (α + β) in the same line, but the strength ratio of different lineages is different from Lα / Ka and Lα / Ma’s significant change. The data and the obtained law in the text have reference value for the quantitative correction calculation in the energy spectrum analysis of alloy samples.
