本文给出可转(变几何)导叶多级轴流压气机变工况特性估算的一种适宜程序运算的计算方法。流动分析基于流线曲率法,流动损失和气流角的计算取自NASA 试验数据。再者,根据由工厂给出的压气机在额定转速下的试验数据引入附加流动损失和落后(偏离)角修正系数。用此新法计算了一台带可转导叶的15级轴流压气机,计算表明与试验结果相当吻合。
In this paper, a calculation method of suitable program operation is given to estimate the changing working conditions of multi-stage axial compressor with variable geometry. Flow Analysis Based on the streamline curvature method, the calculation of flow loss and flow angle is taken from NASA test data. Again, additional flow losses and a lag (deviation) correction factor were introduced from the test data of the compressor at rated speed given by the factory. Using this new method, a 15-stage axial compressor with a guide vane was calculated and calculated to be in good agreement with the experimental results.
