由于学校的转型,新建地方本科院校的教师将会感受到更大的压力。在此情况下,了解这些教师的职业倦怠、幸福感、心理健康水平的特点,将有利于采取科学的措施促进其心理健康。经过对贵州省6所新建地方本科院校的433名高校教师进行问卷测试的研究发现,促进这些高校教师的心理健康应注意:要关注和提高女教师的情感和行为控制感;要关注男教师的生活问题;青年教师的心理健康比中老年教师更值得关注;要多从正面去评价教师,提高教师的工作热情,从而降低教师的职业倦怠水平;要为低职称的教师提供获得成就感的机会。
As a result of the school’s transformation, new local undergraduate teachers will feel more pressure. In this case, knowing these teachers’ characteristics of burnout, happiness and mental health will be conducive to adopting scientific measures to promote their mental health.
