在认同资本概念，考察资本的视角，认识经典资本观等方面，过去存在偏差，现在需要澄清和端正认识。为给资本正名，本文将资本分为内涵、空间、功能三个要素，从四个层面进行论证。①资本空间。从高新视角考察资本，作出资本空间超越资本主义界限的判断。②资本内涵。按照规范要求，检验资本旧定义，找出缺陷。③经典资本观。理出马克思的基本观点，为“正名”提供理论依据。④资本功能。确认资本的杠杆功能，从理论上进一步为资本空间定位。
In the past, there were some discrepancies in the aspects of approving the concept of capital, examining the perspective of capital, understanding the concept of classic capital, and now we need to clarify and correct our understanding. In order to correct the capital, this article divides the capital into three elements: connotation, space and function, from four aspects. ① capital space.
