制造型企业应对经营风险最重要的策略就是产品创新,而产品创新里不来企业文化的催生和孕育。在近年来的全球性金融危机中,我国制造型企业受到的冲击较大,这就证明了企业的产品创新能力亟需提升。要增加企业的产品创新能力,变制造大国为创造大国,必须要加强企业的文化建设。在制造型企业中,工业设计是企业文化中不可或缺的重要部分,同时也是产品创新的重要手段。所以,构建设计文化建设模式不仅仅是制造型企业文化建设的重要途径,而且也是新产品诞生的重要媒介。本文以设计源流和制造型企业如何加强自身的设计文化建设为主要线索,探索制造型企业的生存之道和发展之道。
