今年是《水土保持法》颁布十周年。根据《自治区人大常委会2001年执法检查工作方案》的要求，自治区人大常委会组成了《中华人民共和国水土保持法》广西执法组，由自治区人大常委会张慕洁副主任牵头，于6月14日～27日对我区南宁、百色、柳州、河池等四地区16个县进行了检查。
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Law of Soil and Water Conservation. According to the requirements of the “Work Plan of Enforcement Inspection of NPC Standing Committee in 2001”, the Standing Committee of Autonomous Region People’s Congress formed Guangxi Law Enforcement Section under the Law of Soil and Water Conservation of the People’s Republic of China, led by Deputy Director Zhang Mujie of the Standing Committee of the People’s Republic of China on June 14 ~ On the 27th, we conducted inspections on 16 counties in four districts of Nanning, Baise, Liuzhou and Hechi in our district.
