厚朴(Magnolia officinal)系木兰科植物。从其酚性部分已分出厚朴酚、和厚朴酚。我们对厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的提取分离,采用了比较简便的方法。将乙醇提取液经醋酸铅沉淀法处理后,转入苯中,通过硅胶柱层,苯洗脱,借助气相色谱检测,以苯:石油醚(1∶3)重结晶。由于厚朴来源不同,含厚朴酚较多者,重结晶后可获得厚朴酚,熔点100~100.5℃,收率1.1%。含和厚朴酚较多者,则可得到和厚朴酚,熔点
Magnolia officinal is a magnolia plant. Magnolol and honokiol have been separated from their phenolic moieties. We have adopted a relatively simple method for the extraction and separation of honokiol and honokiol. The ethanol extract was treated with lead acetate precipitation, transferred to benzene, passed through silica gel column, eluted with benzene, and detected by gas chromatography, and recrystallized from benzene:petroleum ether (1:3). Due to the different sources of honokiol, more honokiol can be obtained, and honokiol can be obtained after recrystallization. The melting point is 100 to 100.5°C and the yield is 1.1%. With more honokiol, honokiol can be obtained.
