本文主要阐述水平井井眼轨迹控制的基本方法和定向施工工艺及其控制难点和解决方法。水平井井眼轨迹的控制分为两个方面,一是着陆控制,二是水平控制。其中包括造斜工具的选择,实钻造斜率的计算,井底井斜角、方位角的预测以及待钻井眼造斜率的确定,其难点在于入窗前由于仪器零长的限制以及地层变化导致增斜率的不确定性给着陆控制带来一定的困难。针对这些难点采取了有效的技术措施,解决了这些问题。本文是基于大牛地气田和宁东油田所施工水平井的经验所得,能够对大牛地气田后续施工的水平井起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。
This article mainly elaborates the basic method of wellbore trajectory control of horizontal well and the directional construction technology as well as the control difficulties and solutions. Horizontal well trajectory control is divided into two aspects, one landing control, the second is the level of control. Including the choice of tools for slashing, the calculation of actual drilling slope, downhole well angle, azimuth prediction and determination of the slope of the hole to be drilled, the difficulty lies in the window before entering the window due to instrument limitations and lead to changes in formation Uncertainty of slope increase brings certain difficulties to landing control. For these difficulties to take effective technical measures to solve these problems. This article is based on the empirical results of horizontal wells constructed by the Daniudi Gas Field and the Ningdong Oilfield, which can guide and learn from the horizontal wells that are subsequently constructed in the Daniudi Gas Field.
