观察四逆散加味方对用苯酚制成家兔输卵管炎症模型的影响,以探讨该方临床疗效机理。实验用21只兔,分为对照组、大剂量组、小剂量组,造模前后用插管胃饲法给药共13d。结果,肉眼观察输卵管管腔积水阳性率大剂量组为10.0%,小剂量组为30.0%,对照组为64.3%(P<0.05);输卵管与周围组织粘连阳性率大剂量组为20.0%,小剂量组为50.0%,对照组为92.9%(P<0.01)。组织学观察,三组兔输卵管的上皮、皱襞、固有层、肌层等各层及输卵管总体炎变程度,大小剂量组均轻于对照组(P分别<0.05或<0.01),提示四逆散加味方具有对抗输卵管炎症的作用。
To observe the effect of Sini San Jia Fang Fang on phenolphthalein in rabbits with tubal inflammation model to explore the clinical efficacy of the mechanism. Twenty-one rabbits were divided into control group, high-dose group and low-dose group. Results: The positive rate of tubal hydronephrosis was 10.0% in the macroscopic observation group, 30.0% in the low-dose group and 64.3% in the control group (P <0.05). The adhesion of the fallopian tube to the surrounding tissues was positive The rate of high-dose group was 20.0%, low-dose group was 50.0%, control group was 92.9% (P <0.01). Histological observation showed that the levels of epithelium, folds, lamina propria and muscularis of the three groups of rabbits were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05 or <0.01, respectively) Tip Sini San flavors have a fight against tubal inflammation.
